1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using Launch: Habit and Mind Coach ("the App" or "Launch"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. We will notify users of material changes via in-app notification or email.

2. Service Description

Launch is a habit tracking and personal development application designed to help users build consistent behaviors using neuroscience-based principles. The App provides:

• Habit tracking and streak monitoring
• Progress analytics and statistics
• Neuroscience education content ("Science Cards")
• Push notification reminders
• AI-powered coaching (Pro feature)
• Weekly brain reports (Pro feature)
• Identity-based goal setting (Pro feature)
• Accountability partner features (Pro feature)
• Data export capabilities (Pro feature)

3. User Accounts

Account Creation

To use Launch, you must create an account using a valid email address. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate account information
• Maintaining the security of your login credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account

Account Eligibility

Launch is rated 4+ and is available to users of all ages. However, users under 13 (or 16 in the EU) must have parental consent to create an account.

Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time through the App settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

Subscription Plans

Launch offers a free tier with core features and a Pro subscription with advanced features.

Payment Processing

All payments are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store via RevenueCat. By subscribing, you agree to the payment terms of your respective app store. Launch does not directly process or store payment card information.

Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions through your Apple ID or Google Play account settings.

Refunds

All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law. Refund requests must be submitted through Apple App Store or Google Play Store according to their respective refund policies.

Price Changes

We reserve the right to change subscription prices. Existing subscribers will be notified of price changes in advance and may cancel before the new price takes effect.

5. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Circumvent any security measures or access controls
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the App
• Transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Use the AI coaching feature to generate harmful, illegal, or abusive content
• Share account credentials with others
• Resell or commercially exploit the App or its content

6. AI Features Disclaimer

By using AI features, you acknowledge that:

• AI responses are generated by language models (Claude by Anthropic and GPT-4 by OpenAI) and may contain inaccuracies
• AI coaching is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice
• You should consult qualified healthcare professionals for any health-related concerns
• Launch is not liable for decisions made based on AI-generated content
• AI responses may vary and are not guaranteed to be consistent

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Launch—including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio, and software—are the exclusive property of Launch and its licensors, protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

8. User Content

You retain ownership of content you create within the App (habits, notes, reflections). By using Launch, you grant us a limited license to store and process this content to provide the service.

You are responsible for ensuring your content does not violate any laws or infringe on third-party rights.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• LAUNCH IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED
• WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE
• WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES
• OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE APP IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Launch, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Oklahoma, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Launch shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Oklahoma County, Oklahoma, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

13. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Launch regarding your use of the App.
